About Shipping Costs:
During checkout process, you will be given several delivery choices and an option for Customer Pick Up. For details of what these choices mean, please consult the FedEx and USPS websites.
If you wish another class of service, call us to make arrangements. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly on the shipment date. We will be unable to provide an estimate until that time.
If you want us to use your account to ship UPS or another carrier, please provide your instructions and account information to us.
If you have an "oversized" package (check the carrier’s website for current definitions and treatments), you may be subject to a follow up billing from us for additional shipping charges once we receive our invoice from the carrier. Generally speaking, a package over 40" (if your print is 40", the package we put it in may be "oversize" will be subject to these charges. Consider ordering an un-stretched canvas and getting the stretching done at your local gallery or frame shop.
Also, it will be necessary to charge some large freight shipments (generally speaking, over 75lbs) once the boxes or crates are packed and palletized. We will charge you the shipper's invoice only, no mark-up. If this is a concern to you, please call 919-387-0777 and we will attempt to give you a better estimate of shipping charges.
If you want an estimate of shipping charges prior to ordering, just go ahead and fill out the order form through the shipping section, then delete the order without submitting it.
It is always less expensive to have packages delivered to a commercial zone. Arrange to have your order delivered to a commercial address if you can.
