Alaska, Hawaii, and International Clients

UPS charges quoted are for the lower 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations will be quoted at actual costs of packaging materials and shipping charges at time of shipment.

Shipping Alternatives

By default, the shipping charge on your order is calculated using UPS Ground ($9.95 or 10% for orders over $100). You may specify an alternative shipping method with UPS (such as 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air), or other carriers (USPS, FedEx, etc.), as well as International.

Oversize Package Charges

Oversize packages (usually packages that exceed 30" x 40" x 1") incur surcharges that our software cannot predict prior to shipment. You may be charged an additional amount for this oversize shipment on the day of shipment. These are actual UPS charges billed to us that we must pass along. We apologize for the uncertainty that you may experience. If this is a concern to you, please call 800.961.4625 and we will attempt to give you a better estimate of shipping charges.

Unless you make prior arrangements, no cropping is done on paper images. We print the larger dimension at the stated size and the smaller dimension comes out at the size specified by your image file.
