Getting your paintings or photography reproduced by American Art Editions is quick and easy! You go to our product page, select the product you wish to order and enter the sizes you want and pick any options you want. If the price is acceptable, continue down the page to order your prints. You'll then be invited to upload a digital file of your art. We download your order and digital file. We then produce your order and ship it to you by UPS, Pretty easy, right?
Simply go to our product page, select the product you wish to order, answer a few questions and get your price instantly! If you're happy with that price, you can proceed with placing your order.
We request that whenever possible you order online. That way we will have all your information and there is less chance of mistakes
If you have placed your order and need to upload later or upload again, the best way is to log on again. Click on "My Account". Then click on the order number that requires action. A button is provided to add or update an image file. Use that button to initiate the upload process.
Our website can accept files up to 50 MB if your Internet Service Provider allows you to send files that large. If you have placed your order and need to upload later or upload again, the best way is to log on to the website again. Your previous orders should be automatically displayed after a slight pause. If they do not come up, there is a prompt (Click here if you are not redirected automatically) where you can bring the previous orders up. Using the green buttons on the right side of the page, you can upload new images or change to a different version of the same image, etc.
We also have an FTP site where larger files can be sent if you have an FTP program on your computer. Please use the following file name when using this method:

Actually, that's a good sign. We generally only contact you if we see a problem with your file or have a question about your order. Otherwise, we just produce the order and ship it to you. Please note: When you order online, you will get an automated confirmation email if you entered a correct email address.
Because our products and services are custom prepared and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns or order cancellations. Orders are charged and processed immediately after you place the order. If you cancel or change an order not yet shipped, we will charge for all work completed up to that time (min. 50%) and if it results in a balance due you, we will not refund the balance but give an in-house credit that you can use any time later. No Refunds - In-Store Credit Only (Of course, if we cannot do the order as requested we would refund your money.)
